To set up SystmOnline for the first time:
- visit the surgery with photo ID so we can confirm your identity
- we will give you a username and password
- go to SystmOnline or use the app to register
Reset Passphrase
Patients can reset the Passphrase themselves, by completing the steps below:
- Go to the password reset page
- Enter the Account ID and the Organisation Code your GP practice have provided as well as your personal email address
- Select "re-issue Passphrase"
- Your new Passphrase will be emailed to your verified email address
If this does not work the GP practice needs to issue a new third-party passphrase which is done through your clinical system.
