• Unfortunately, I struggle with computers, consequently booking an appointment is problematic. Surgery receptionist was very helpful and assisted in my obtaining an appointment with Doctor.
• 11am appointment, went in at 11:25am but doctor was pleasant, listened and gave good care.
• I can’t phone and get an appointment! 3 times I’ve tried to do it online on my phone you go through until a photo, you come out, take a photo then go back into your site and I have to start at the beginning again, then 3rd time got to verify, lost it again.
• There is one receptionist that is particularly rude. She does not let you speak, constantly speaks over you and comes across as aggressive.
