- Dr Goswami, first class service!
- I submitted a form at 9am, I have not slept due to pain for a week. This problem has been going on for over three months now and the doctor on duty seems to think it is ok to leave me in pain until the 17th of February. No I am not happy with care provided.
- Having to submit 2 forms in a day in order to get seen by a GP about something that you have been complaining about for 3 months is just damn wrong. Why did I have to make over 4 appointments to complain about the same problem. If the doctor saw in my records the amount of medication I have at home, he would know that if I am complaining of pain it is because they do not work.
- I’m usually really happy with the practice but today, I witnessed reception being rude and dismissive to an elderly lady and then a delivery driver. It’s clear that reception are not happy with anything to do with a dermatology clinic but this should not affect how patients and others are spoken to. I understand people have an off day so I truly hope this is the case, workers and patients should be respected equally and I wouldn’t expect anyone to be dealt with the way I saw today.
- See doctor on Saturday extremely rude tried to tell her my symptoms she disregarded what I was saying didn’t examine me didn’t move from her chair I was very concerned with my health numb middle fingers , feeling of heavy arms tingling in legs and feet and head ache told me it was carpal tunnel and I need a physio also said do I want this consultation or not - BB Healthcare
- The staff were very kind and the work done was quick and efficient
