• Dr Khan was very professional and extremely thorough.
• Seen very quickly for arthritis, problem, medication ordered on-line is quickly and efficiently received.
• Recent request for a blood test for TSH, Cholesterol and kidney function. Reasons: TSH had risen from usual level and I have problems with thyroid, On reduced fat diet due to gallstones so would like to know if cholesterol is still reducing or whether I should be on Statins. Kidney function as I have a large cyst on my kidney that needs checking as I am experiencing have some pain and urinary problems. On receiving a telephone call from Out of Hours doctor, she told me that this surgery will only do these tests once a year so I was not entitled to them. She relented on the TSH one, but how can it be that when you are trying self-help these services are available only once a year? The last time I had blood tests for these things were all back in August 25. For encouragement and caring (as stated on the website), this would get a 0/10.
• Actual services provided are very good, Nurses and Doctors and receptionists great. Big improvement is receptionist tone and attitude over last 18 months. The access to appointments continues to be an issue with the online triage and telephone menu options convoluted and tedious.
