Surgery Registration Details for NHS App

Surgery registration details:

  • a Linkage Key (also known as Passphrase)
  • an ODS Code (also known as Organisation Code or Surgery ID) F81080
  • an Account ID

Patients can reset the Passphrase themselves, by completing the steps below:
1. Go to: https://systmonline.tpp-uk.com/2/ReIssuePassphrase
2. Enter the Account ID and the Organisation Code your GP practice have provided as well as your personal email address
3. Select "re-issue Passphrase"
4. Your new Passphrase will be emailed to your verified email address
If this does not work the GP practice needs to issue a new third-party passphrase which is done through your clinical system.
