If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.

Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:

• in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
• in your SystmOnline account
• phone us after 10am and we will tell you what the results are

Questions about your results

If you want to talk to someone about your results, fill out our test results request form and someone will be in touch.

The receptionist will be able to tell you whether the test is normal and whether you need to see the doctor as a routine or urgent appointment.  There may be a prescription to collect. Please make an appointment to see the doctor if you need more information about the result than this.

Results will only be given to the patient in person or to the parent or guardian of a child.
